If you think you are too skinny and want to start off gaining a few pounds of muscle and fat, you should consume healthy foods with protein and calories. Protein helps build muscle and calories help you gain weight. Meats are a source of protein and calories. Rest plays a big role in bodybuilding and nutrition because if you workout too hard, you will increase the chances of getting hurt because your body needs rest.

The light-filtering tint is a special tint that enhances certain colors and mutes the surrounding colors. It is used specially in sports activities to make it easier to spot objects like golf balls.
Red is a passionate color. Of all the colors it is red that evokes the strongest reaction which is why it is used prominently in warning or danger signs. The color red symbolizes guilt, sin and anger, and is connected in many cases with blood and sex.
